Following Ryu Hayabusa from Koei Tecmo Games' high-speed ninja action series NINJA GAIDEN, Ayane, the kunoichi from the DEAD OR ALIVE series, makes her debut in Amazing Yamaguchi! She appears as a guest character in NINJA GAIDEN 3: Razor's Edge, where her original story is told, and now she is brought to life in her costume "Butterfly of the Night," with a scarf that flutters like butterfly wings.
The figure showcases Ayane in a futuristic ninja suit that fits her body line perfectly, sculpted to reflect the size difference when displayed next to Ryu Hayabusa. The dynamic articulation system, overseen by Katsuhisa Yamaguchi, allows for a range of expressive poses—from powerful sword swings to crouching stances—without disrupting her feminine curves. The figure comes with her signature dual swords, the "Fūbu Kodachi," as well as the explosive throwing weapon, "Senka Kunai," enabling fans to recreate her elegant yet fierce combat style from the game.
