This edible fungus is also called the Golden Oyster Mushroom, and its extract has been found to have beneficial effects on both blood sugar and cholesterol levels. She's presented as a sweet young girl setting out on a journey; she's dressed in her best autumn-hued clothing and hat, has a vintage-style suitcase, and carries an umbrella that looks just like her namesake mushroom!
